Our private villa is inside a gated community and has 24-hour security, parks, and wildlife. Located with significant distance from neighbors, we are a 1 mile beach walk to Xcalacoco beach. Our villa is very close to the main highway, and is in the north part of the city with quicker access to the airport than places located in downtown.

You will be sharing one bedroom with two double beds. Each room has it’s own bathroom and AC unit. There are 5 rooms and 6.5 baths in the villa.

Villa amenities:
+ On-site laundry
+ Full kitchen
+ Pool-table
+ Foosball table
+ Bicycles
+ Private pool, sun loungers, and jacuzzi (exclusively for our group’s use)
+ Outdoor dining furniture for al fresco meals
+ Lots of space for activities

What this payment includes:

  • +5 days/4 nights in a private villa in Playa del Carmen

  • daily prepared meals by in-house chef Jas of EarthSeedFood

  • transportation to and from the CUN airport (arrival + departure)

  • roundtrip transportation to all of our planned activities

  • daily experiences (we are about to have some fun, y’all!)

  • group prep call on Zoom + a group WhatsApp chat

  • phenomenal queer, bipoc humans 🙂
